"Chicago in Winter" celebrates urban beauty in the season of shorter days and lower temps. These six 12" X 9" mixed media pieces were made using a layering technique with an original inkjet photo, paper, journals, acrylic paint, colored pencils and Sharpie. Chicago's famous for its rough winters, but there are moments when its elegance eclipses the frigid temperatures. These are some of those moments.
