ARTIST'S STATEMENT

I work in layers in both form and content, across disciplines: writing, performance, mixed media. I address universal themes such as unity, trusting the process and accessing the light within. My process is meditative, intuitive, and experimental. Daily journaling is essential for me - it's the means through which I record inspiration and declutter my mind. My journals often appear ripped up in my mixed media work, symbolic of letting go. I create higher vibrational, visceral experiences that aim to hit on a soul level. I'm a Chicago artist.
